Board Member - Raquel Pacheco
Raquel Pacheco has been a board member of the California Hispanic Corporate Council Leadership Institution since 1996, and is the creator of its logo and web implementation.
Since 2007, Raquel has worked as a Corporate Art Consultant for www.theartworks.us, providing a wide variety of artworks from posters to fine art. She represents an all-inclusive art consulting firm servicing corporate offices, the healthcare industry, hotels, cruise ships, country clubs, model homes, and the entertainment business.
Raquel worked as a Business Sales Consultant with the OfficeMax Enterprise Sales Team in 2005-2006, where she provided solutions on office products, technology, and artwork to Fortune 1000 companies. From 1993 to 2004, Raquel worked for CompUSA as a National Sales Executive in the Technology Training Division. In 1998, she became one of CompUSA's elite corporate sales team members by achieving the "Eagle" status for selling over a million dollars in technology annually.
Raquel has served as president, vice president, and board member of "Main Street Canoga Park," a non-profit organization for the economical and cultural revitalization of "Old Town Canoga Park." Her past professional associations and activities include fund raising for the "National Hispanic Scholarship Fund;" coordinating and presenting computer seminars at the annual "National Hispanic Women's Conference;" and serving as a board member of the "East Los Angeles Classic Theatre" and "VANTUG," the San Fernando & Ventura County Microsoft NT Users Group.
Raquel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Northridge. She continues to educate herself in sales, finance, and marketing through local colleges and personal development through seminars and "Landmark Education."
